Sales Assistant - Montgomeryville, PA 18936

Would you like to join one of the fastest growing private companies in America?  Cadre is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant in our Montgomeryville, PA sales office.  

The Sales Assistant will support our inside and outside Sales Team ensuring an exception experience or our customers.  


Some of your duties may include:

  • Accurately process orders sent in via email and phone.
  • Using Cadre's CRM system to document customer communications.
  • Making and receiving calls with customers and suppliers to maintain the highest level of engagement and managing expectations.
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with both customers and suppliers.
  • Various administrative tasks to support our growing operation.

What you will need to be successful:
  • Minimum of 6 months of related customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email and via phone and in person.
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency in MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
  • Proficiency in general mathematics, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
